Mission Statement

Project Rachel is a Catholic outreach to women and men who are experiencing emotional and spiritual pain after an abortion.

Project Rachel Offers

• Referral to a priest trained to help those affected by abortion, who can prepare you to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation. If you wish, you can be put in touch with a priest outside you community.
• A confidential referral to someone you can speak with about your experience. Referral to professional counselors specifically trained to help you sort through unresolved feelings and conflicts.
• Non-Catholics can be referred to clergy of their own faith tradition. All inquiries are held in complete confidence. Professional counseling is available on a sliding fee scale.
