Thirty-three of the 35 planning groups have completed pastoral plans and are now in the implementation phase. Since these are five year plans, the planning groups that began implementation in 1998-99 will be going through the next round of pastoral planning during the 2002-2003 year. They will produce plans that will begin implementation in 2003-2004.

Assessment of PPNM An assessment of the satisfaction of participants with both the planning process and the planning outcomes has been completed for all those who participated in the process.  This assessment contains important information on the variables related to high levels of satisfaction with both the process and the outcomes.  The final report is now available.

Focus Groups During October, a series of seven focus groups were held throughout the Diocese.  One of these was an interactive teleconference involving four sites simultaneously.  The results of these focus groups and the several individual responses received are summarized on the focus groups page.
