The Human Resources Ministry exists to:

• Facilitate ministerial, professional and leadership growth and development throughout the Diocese of Rochester
• Provide counsel, support and programs which lead to the success of all ordained and lay staff who serve daily to meet the needs of our diocesan family
• Assist leadership in creating environments which reflect the values of the diocese and which provide respectful, effective, equitable and just working conditions
• Offer strategic direction in all aspects of human resources planning and management.
