| Although Winton-Culver is a 2003 planning group, the Inter-Parish Advisory Team has worked hard to develop and ratify a new pastoral plan by February 2004 since Fr. John Lynch expects to retire in July 2004. IPAT is completing a draft plan and expects to present it to parish pastoral councils and staffs in late November and then to parishioners in December. |
