4th Grade Teacher

4^th Grade Teacher:

St. Mary’s School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary Teacher to join our vibrant academic community.

As an Elementary Teacher you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic journey of our students. You will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters both academic excellence and spiritual growth. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of elementary-level mathematics, and the ability to inspire and engage students.

Responsibilities:

• Instruction Across Content Areas:Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with curriculum goals and educational standards across all subject areas, while providing engaging, student-centered instruction that supports academic growth and critical thinking.
• Differentiated Instruction:Recognize and address diverse learning styles, providing differentiated instruction to meet the individual needs of students.
• Assessment and Feedback:Regularly assess student progress in mathematics and social studies and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Collaboration:Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and parents to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.
• Professional Development:Stay informed about current educational trends, and engage in continuous professional development.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education

• NYS Teaching certification preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Successfully communicate and collaborate with others.
• Works well with others and is a team player.
• Ability to integrate technology into teaching practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000-34,000
