Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Elementary Teacher (4th/5th Grade ELA & Social Studies) who is passionate about Christ-centered education and dedicated to helping all students succeed. Our mission is to form disciples grounded in the Catholic faith, ignite a passion for academic excellence, and inspire young people to live the two great commandments of Jesus Christ—loving God and self—so they may lead lives of purpose, responsibility, and service to others.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans
- Collaborate with colleagues on instructional goals, strategies, and student outcomes
- Use data and analytics to inform instruction and improve student learning
- Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment
- Model professionalism and uphold school values
- Implement practices aligned with Collaborative Classroom and Restorative Justice
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
Qualifications
- New York State Teaching Certification (required)
- Strong content knowledge and instructional pedagogy
- Experience working with diverse learners or in urban settings (preferred)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Position Details
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Salary starting at $32,000/year
