Contacting the Diocese
I want to contact the bishop.
The best way to reach the office is to call us at 585-328-3210. We do not accept outside email.
I want to reach a specific person or group.
If the person is within a group, church, school, or other organization, contact the respective group to find the appropriate contact. For people within the pastoral center, you may find their contact information in the Office Directory.
I am a journalist or reporter and would like to question or interview someone at the diocese.
I would like to receive or stop receiving mail from the Catholic Courier.
I have a comment or concern regarding a church, policy, or member.
Contact the church directly for any matters regarding a church, staff, or its policies.
Requesting Support or Assistance
I need money, food, medical, or social support.
We recommend contacting your local Catholic Charities agency. Visit ccdor.org to find the group that is appropriate for you and your needs.
I need housing assistance.
You may also contact Providence Housing for support with special needs shelters.
I need immediate support and am currently facing a crisis.
For emergencies, contact 911 or your local authorities. For temporary or long-term assistance, contact your nearest Catholic Charities chapter, Providence Housing, or a nearby support center.
Finding Information
I am seeking historical records (such as baptismal / marriage / annulment / yearbooks) from churches or organizations no longer in service.
If you know if a new church has taken the place of another, contact that church. Otherwise, contact our records coordinators at our Archives Department.
I would like to request the services of a church or official for a marriage, baptismal, or other sacrament.

Donating and Giving
I have questions regarding donations or the CMA, such as how to donate, request a change in mailing protocol, or to find my donor number.
I am having technical issues when placing a donation.
We recommend trying again after a few minutes. If you still have trouble, you can make a donation over the phone at 585-328-3210 so someone can provide guidance for the online donation process.
