Leisa Anslinger

Leisa Anslinger has a long history in parish ministry, which has helped form Leisa as an effective adviser to others in pastoral ministry. Leisa speaks nationally on several key topics. She is a known expert on lifelong catechesis and stewardship. These two dimensions of parish life intertwine in Leisa’s work, one informing the other. She provides workshops on using StrengthsFinder in the Catholic Community. And, related to that, also provides parish-changing workshops on parishioner engagement. Leisa’s newest project is Bridges, a leader development process toward building evangelizing communities of disciples and stewards, with Stephanie Moore. She is a founding team member of the Catholic Strengths and Engagement Community.

Leisa has written and co-written several books including Becoming Grateful Disciples and its companion guide, Grateful Disciples:  Your Guide to Parish Stewardship, Forming Generous Hearts:  Stewardship Planning for Lifelong Faith Formation, and Turning Hearts to Christ:  Engaging People in a Lifetime of Faith.

Leisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from St. Mary-of-the-Woods College, a Masters in Secondary School Counseling from Purdue University, and a Master of Arts in Religion from the Athenaeum of Ohio.  She currently serves as the Director of the Center for Pastoral Vitality at the Archdiocese of Cincinnati.


Jim Messa
Vice President, Church Sales Division

Jim began his career with Cathedral Corporation in 2003 as a Stewardship Consultant. He served as Customer Service Manager from 2004-2007 prior to joining the Sales Department. In 2017 was appointed to the position of Vice President of Sales. During his time in sales, Jim has worked closely with several dioceses and parishes across the country and has a successful track record of raising individual parish’s offertory between 25%-30%. In particular Jim has conducted over 70 successful 

offertory programs in the Diocese of La Crosse and the Diocese of Green Bay, WI with an annual increase of $3 million dollars in each diocese and an average increase percentage of 22%. Jim has earned his B.S. in Business Management from the State University of New York Institute of Technology in Utica/Rome.


Arlene Hall
Regional Director/Stewardship Consultant

Arlene has over 30 years of sales, marketing and customer service experience. Some of Arlene’s responsibilities include selling Cathedral Corporations offertory envelope programs and developing communication programs for parishes across the country. Her vast knowledge and experience in the faith-based industry allows her to develop a strategy that is unique to each parish’s situation or need. Arlene currently manages approximately 150 new clients and is assisting priests and parish staff members with various programs that include, census updates, special mailings and improving their current financial situation.

As an Associate Senior Account Executive with Our Sunday Visitor, Sarah brings over 30 years of fundraising experience. She started as Development Director at the YWCA where she raised money to help victims of domestic violence. Sarah went on to join Bishop Luers High School as Alumni Director. Along with her development team at BLHS, she raised over $500,000 annually for operating funds and tuition assistance. In 2015, she helped to implement a $3.2M capital campaign for BLHS. She was also responsible for five annual special events, increasing scholarship funds and writing the Alumni newsletter. Before coming to OSV, Sarah co-chaired a $1.3M capital campaign for her parish, St. John the Baptist in Fort Wayne, IN.

Sarah enjoys sharing OSV’s offertory and school solutions with parishes across the East coast and Louisiana. She works with pastors on annual strategic planning for communication and stewardship. Sarah enjoys spreading the good news of Jesus Christ and her love for the Catholic Church.


Tina Sullivan

Over 20 years of professional Catholic parish, school and Diocesan fundraising experience working with hundreds of parishes across the country.

As a Senior Consultant with the Stewardship/Fundraising consulting team at Our Sunday Visitor, she assists parishes in effectively communicating their vision to parishioners through best practices of fundraising and development to increase resources that will support the mission and vision of each parish.

Tina works with parishes and dioceses throughout the country to ensure their success in Offertory Recovery and Renewal programs, Capital Campaign funding, Vision Planning, School Annual Funds and increased parishioner engagement using best practices of Stewardship and Mission Advancement.
